Somerbrook Guest House
A private and luxurious bed & breakfast with spacious accommodations overlooking Mt. Baker. Perfect for your next get-a-way or retreat!
Completed in the spring of 2007, Somerbrook Guest House features
three totally private spacious and luxurious master suites, complete
with private bathrooms featuring Jacuzzi jetted tubs set in slab-granite
bases. The suites have I-Pod docking stations and large televisions
with built in DVD/VCR's, lots of great movies to choose from and
150 channel DishTV. Each suite is tastefully decorated in northwest
themes and has complete sound insulation for comfort and privacy. You will notice the high quality finishes from yesteryear such as 9’ ceilings, wainscoat, chair-rail, large colonial trim, Italian porcelain tile and hardwood floors plus thick carpets. The rest of the house has common areas with quality comfortable furnishings that include Italian leather, antiques and a free-standing enamel gas fireplace to make your stay relaxing and memorable. The gourmet hickory/granite kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully outfitted with excellent cooking and serving ware.
Somerbrook Guest House is 5 miles from downtown Blaine,
rich in maritime history, and just 7 miles from a glimpse
of Holland with the city of Lynden. The guest house is
located 500 feet off H Street in Blaine on 5 acres of
gorgeous sloping grassland overlooking beautiful Mount Baker.
The owners do not live in the home so you have complete
privacy and autonomy.
Here, you'll find that nature, privacy and peace are in abundance.
The lavender farm, featuring over 1000 plants, is on the adjoining 5 acres
and is in bloom from late June through September.
Feel free to wander among the rows and cut lavender to take home.

Our guesthouse is not far from the sandy beaches of Birch Bay, Blaine Marina, Marine Park overlooking Semiahmoo Bay in to White Rock, BC, several state parks and the Canadian border to Vancouver, British Columbia. Shop to your hearts delight in nearby Blaine, Lynden, Bellingham or Historic Fairhaven. Golf year-round at one of the several top-rated golf courses in Blaine and Birch Bay. Somerbrook Guest House is just minutes from downtown Blaine which will serve as the US gateway to the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Our Suites
Somerbrook Guest House features three totally separate
and private master suites. Each suite comes complete with its own bathroom with jetted tub, large shower with massage head, walk-in closet, in-suite vanity, TV, phone and has wireless internet connection and endless hot water provided by dedicated Rinnai water heaters. Relax in your private in-room dining area with gorgeous views of Mount Baker. All suites have a northwest theme and are fully sound insulated for your comfort and privacy.
The beds and bedding are wonderful. Each includes luxurious mattresses, Egyptian cotton sheets and beautiful comforters with lovely soft pillows for an excellent sleep. Our guest rooms are bright, airy and inviting!

Rates & Reservations
Somerbrook Guest House can be rented by the night, week or month. All accommodations are subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit. Our guesthouse is a smoke and pet free environment. The following rates are in effect through December 2009*.

From the South on I-5:
